Activities

Our Activities

Our programme is varied, including: 
Mass, prayer, reflection on the Scriptures, discussion, and social time. 
We also go on occasional outings, especially to build connections with other diocesan LGBT+ support groups.  

We meet every third Tuesday of the month at St Andrew's RC Church in Newcastle, from 7.30 to 9.00pm.

Mass

We celebrate Mass once every three/four meetings at St. Andrew's RC Church. 

Bible

We reflect on Bible readings, sharing our insights and how the Spirit is working in us.

Discussion

We discuss various topics and especially LGBT+ matters in the Church, starting from books or articles of interest.

Social justice

We share news of events and actions supporting social causes, locally and globally. 

Prayer

We participate in different styles of prayer, drawing on a variety of traditions and experiences.

Social time

At the end of every meeting we enjoy some refreshments.
We sometimes go out for social evenings.
